About BCCV

BCCV is led by its founder, Yassine Oualid, who brings years of experience working in construction in the United Kingdom, together with real-estate and design experience. We know where projects lose time and money, and we deal with it before it reaches site: structure clashing with mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), quantities that do not match the bill, details left unresolved. We also detect mismatches between drawings and quantities, lack of planning, and poor cash-flow management.

Our strength is managing what decides a project: design, planning and cost. Design reviewed and coordinated before tender, schedules based on the real construction sequence, costs controlled from the first estimate to the final accounts. That is how projects finish on time and on budget.

We run this on our own digital workflows and tools, built in-house to coordinate, track and manage a project from design to handover. Quantities are measured once and shared by cost, tender and site, with no double work.
